Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is a great source of fatty acids and vitamin E that helps to condition your skin an protect it from moisture loss. The long-chain fatty acids (lauric acid) in the oil have been shown to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory, properties which help to keep skin clear of blemishes.
